Food lovers are passionate about food, every moment of their lives are filled with food, the menu, the taste, the aroma, the smell and even in their sleep, they would dream about food, that’s foodie! Yes, I am not the only one, and you…. come on guys! Let’s face the reality, put the weighting scale far-far behind you, or just hide it under your cabinet, else keep it safely in your dustbin.

Somehow, a food lover usually an amateur cook. At least, we familiar with all those being called garlic, onions, spices, fats (oil, mayo? You name it...) err, that’s actually very close to most of our favorite recipes. RIGHT??!! *nod..nod*

Okay, many know that MasterChef Malaysia is coming closer on this October, brought exclusively to you by Astro. Watch it mann! This is the right opportunity given to our selected amateur home grown chef. Who are actually not very familiar with the cutleries protocol…or… just me!

I would like to take up this challenge, I secretly think *malu* but come on, it's for an amateur chef okay, who knows if the luck is siding me, whoaa...

Cooking to me is kind of mind therapy, mixing all the cooking ingredients is kind of placing all your problems into a box and find ONE good solution once for all, just as to transform all the mixed remedy to a ONE special menu. Whilst my hands are working on a dish, my mind also working on a solution on something, the combination of its would surprise me sometime.... even tired with my day of working and part time studying, cooking is a must for me, especially for my dearest little daughter, Charm Charm. I even created a menu for her, which I name after her name, Charm Charm Chicken Rice. My dream is to commercialise this menu :)

Why should I get crowned as “Malaysia’s First Ever Blogger MasterChef”? Why not? If I willing to take up the challenge, or maybe you should, if you're willing to join along :)

... the recipe? Erm actually its a secret recipe which I can't reveal it anywhere for now, but trust me, its an original creation recipe... that you may find it so weird and why must this and this to be added in the recipe?
